What Is the Sales Tribe Book Club?

The Sales Tribe Book Club is an inclusive, community-driven initiative that brings together members from across the tribe to grow through reading, reflection, and shared discussion. It is rooted in the belief that personal development fuels professional growth, and that engaging with diverse ideas can sharpen our thinking, improve how we show up at work, and strengthen our connections with one another.

Whether the focus is on leadership, communication, habits, mindset, or industry-related topics, the book club provides a structured yet flexible space to explore ideas and learn collectively. It’s more than just a reading group—it’s a platform for exchanging perspectives, challenging assumptions, and building a culture of continuous learning across all roles and teams.

How the Book Club Works

Seasonal Book Cycle (8 Weeks)

At the start of each season, a selection of books is proposed. Members apply by choosing one book to focus on for the entire cycle.

Group Assignment
Members are grouped by their book choice.  Each group gets a Group Leader to guide and coordinate sessions.
Weekly Meetings

Groups meet once a week to discuss their reading.
Available Times:
• Saturday: 7–8 AM or 10–11 AM
• Sunday: 7–8 AM or 10–11 AM
(Each group agrees on a preferred time.)

Reading & Discussions

Groups decide how many chapters to read weekly. Members read independently, then share insights in the meeting.

Share Your Learnings

Members are encouraged to post weekly takeaways on social media to grow the community and inspire others

Group Rotation

To keep perspectives fresh, members are rotated to new groups every two seasons.

Member Commitments

Attend all sessions or give notice in advance. Repeated absences without communication lead to removal and possible ban from future seasons
